Perth's innovation ecosystem is buzzing over the coming weeks, with events spanning AI, health data science, sustainable computing, and conservation tech. Whether you're a student, founder, researcher or just AI-curious, there's something here for you. Here's what's coming up — and how to register.
Green Compute at the Edge Challenge — Launch & Sundowner
GreenTech Hub is launching its next Innovation Challenge, Green Compute at the Edge: Sustainable digital infrastructure from regional WA to the world.
On September 2, the official Challenge statement will launch in Perth and submissions will open. Innovators from around the world will be invited to share solutions in response to use cases informed by WA's industry, exploring what it will take to realise sustainable, green compute infrastructure for regional WA — and importantly, what these projects need to look like to be delivered at scale with genuine benefit to the communities that host them.
Join for an evening to hear about the Innovation Challenge, the regional WA opportunities being solved for, past Challenge Champions, and how you could get involved. Whether you're developing solutions, seeking solutions, keen to collaborate, or simply part of the wider ecosystem, all are welcome.
