RiseQ is a boutique consulting firm that helps businesses grow smarter, scale effectively, and navigate challenges along the way. We focus on outsourced CFO services, growth strategy, and helping companies make the most of the R&D Tax Incentive.
This role is mainly about supporting our R&D Tax Incentive practice, with opportunities to get involved in other areas as you grow with us.
Ideal candidate: STEM-background candidate with a strong understanding of the scientific method and the ability to write well for a paid, part-time role.
Accounting/economics backgrounds not necessary but an interest in business or entrepreneurship would be handy. Good communication skills and the ability to work remotely essential.
Role: Part-time, ongoing, flexible duration; ideally rotating annually to match students’ academic schedules. Interns may stay longer if desired.
Timing: Busy (well busiest) season is February to September; Looking to have someone in place by beginning of March.
Compensation & Work Structure
Paid either hourly ($40 per hour) or per project depending on successful candidate.
Part-time Casual and flexible to support students balancing study and work.
